I. DCloud Data Collection Description:

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During application operation, it needs to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and analyze application startup data and exception error logs to improve performance and user experience, providing users with better services. II. Third-party SDKs:

1.Mobile Smart Terminal Supplementary Device Identification System Unified Call SDK:

This product is provided by (Telecommunication Terminal Industry Association Mobile Security Working Committee (MSA)).

When you use Dingjian for the first time, we will call the Mobile Smart Terminal Supplementary Device Identification SDK to obtain your unique identification code, which serves as the unique identifier for marking your current APP's one-device, one-APP, one-account identity. During subsequent login operations, your data security is protected throughout the process.

The SDK dynamically generates the following types of system information based on different manufacturer models: [Device Unique Identifier UDID, Anonymous Device Identifier OAID, Developer Anonymous Device Identifier VAID, and Application Anonymous Device Identifier AAID].

In our APP, we use OAID to bind the user security rights of one device and one account.
The Mobile Smart Terminal Supplementary Device Identification System and SDK strictly comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations such as the "Cybersecurity Law", "Data Security Law", and "Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunication and Internet Users", as well as national standards like "Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specification". The SDK itself does not actively collect any data. It only obtains the following data when the APP calls it, for local judgment, and does not perform any network transmission:

2.MobTech ShareSDK:
This product is provided by (Shanghai Youkun Information Technology Co., Ltd.). ShareSDK is a social sharing component that empowers Apps with social sharing capabilities.

Main purposes: Third-party login, social sharing.
1. Third-party login: Using social network accounts like WeChat to log into the App is more convenient and faster. Users no longer need to go through tedious steps like filling in registration information and uploading avatars. After user authorization, developers can obtain basic user information such as avatar, nickname, and signature.
2. Sharing: One-click sharing, sharing URLs, Mini Programs to WeChat, WeChat Moments.
During use, data is transmitted encrypted. The necessary personal information types we will collect include:

In the course of its business operations, MobTech strictly adheres to the principles of security and compliance to maximize the protection of personal information security. It strictly controls data collection entry points, defines data flow boundaries, and strictly reviews and monitors data usage scenarios. Based on years of practical experience and continuous data governance, MobTech has established a personal information security protection mechanism based on the data lifecycle, covering the data collection stage, data transmission stage, data storage stage, data usage stage, and data disposal stage.
(1) Data Collection Stage
MobTech adheres to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. With the consent and authorization of the App user for the App developer and the App's licensed third parties, based on clear and reasonable purposes and within the minimum scope necessary to achieve the processing purposes, it collects reasonable user data necessary to realize various business functions. App developers collect and cache the required information by calling the MobTech SDK, and report it to the server. Caching adopts isolated caching and cache encryption to store personal information separately from business data, reducing the risk of data leakage, and establishes a personal information exit mechanism and a personal information security incident response mechanism.

(2) Data Transmission Stage
After collection is completed, data will be reported through an encrypted channel. To ensure channel communication security, MobTech uses the industry-standard HTTPS protocol and a custom method of RSA+AES+SIGN to doubly ensure data security during transmission.

(3) Data Storage Stage
Data入库 and storage follow strict processes, isolated by the reporting App. Personal information is stored separately from business data, using an internal encrypted identifier as the关联 ID to prevent reversible operations after stored data is leaked, ensuring data security. Data is classified and graded according to relevant industry and technical standards, enabling graded management and control over data in terms of permission control, data protection, data auditing, data export control, etc., based on different levels.

(4) Data Usage Stage
Strictly de-identify or anonymize user data in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement strict data access control, apply on-demand, conduct effective evaluation and approval, and regularly clean and audit permissions to achieve minimized permission control for individuals and prevent manual data leakage and misuse. Identify and periodically clean private data, and analyze and audit related logs and user behaviors. To further protect user personal information, we will use privacy security technologies such as federated learning and private set intersection for data interaction with customers.

(5) Data Disposal Stage
MobTech will save user data for the period required by the business and the minimum period specified by laws and regulations. After the above retention period expires, MobTech will, according to the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and internal standard procedures, delete or anonymize user data.

3.Alibaba Cloud Mobile Push Service SDK (Mobile Push)： This product is provided by (Alibaba). Mobile Push is a mobile message push service provided to mobile developers. By integrating the push function into the App, efficient, accurate, and real-time message pushing is performed, thereby enabling timely business reach to users.

Application Scenarios:

In this APP, it is mainly to inform users that a certain activity or important event is about to start and hope for user participation, or has been completed. The main functions include: 1. The PC end sends notifications to the APP, and the APP performs corresponding operations. 2. Between different users of the APP, based on functional permissions, notify and distribute relevant messages and tasks, and perform related functional activity operations after issuance.

During use, we will obtain personal information fields: Device information, IP, used to identify the push device and implement the function of pushing to a single device.

For the purpose of ensuring product function implementation and safe and stable operation, we may apply for or use the following operating system permissions:

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Obtain network connection, used to judge network status, turn push function on and off, differentiate between different networks, cache push connection parameters, and use different push connections.

INTERNET: Connect to the network, used to connect to the push service and provide the push function.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Read external storage space, write to external storage space, used to store the unique identifier of the push channel and improve the accuracy of pushing.

GET_TASKS, REORDER_TASKS: Used for the push opening method - open the application function, to avoid the application being opened multiple times.

*Important: Notes on using WAKE_LOCK, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permissions: When you use the Alibaba Push service function of this APP, in order to ensure that push notifications are delivered successfully and on time when you use the APP, we need to use self-starting services to adapt to the problem that some mobile phone models' systems do not support JobService, which may result in failure to receive notification pushes. If you want to turn off the self-start function, it may cause you to be unable to receive push notifications normally. 4.Douyin Share SDK

Introduction:
This product is provided by (Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd.). It uses the Douyin open platform SDK to authorize and log into your application using Douyin, and share videos to Douyin. It is used when sharing property sources.

5.Kuaishou Share SDK

Introduction:
This product is provided by (Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd.). It uses the Kuaishou open platform SDK to authorize and log into your application using Kuaishou, and share videos to Kuaishou. It is used when sharing property sources.

6.Alibaba Cloud Speech

Introduction:
This product is provided by (Alibaba). It quickly inputs text through the speech recognition integration function.

Permission Description:
RECORD_AUDIO: Where used, voice permission is required.

III. General Permission Description:

Make phone calls: The function is primarily used for contacting property sources, client source dialing business, and ordinary dialing functions for contacts in the address book.

Access phone state, answer or hang up, used for salesperson's call volume record and work assessment.

Read call log: Obtain the latest call operation record, record call duration, used for salesperson's call volume record and work assessment.

Read contacts: The address book facilitates contacting system personnel directly from the APP without switching to the system, enhancing the user experience.

Location: Locate the device via network or satellite. Mainly used for clocking in/out and showing property sources.

Get phone information: Need to obtain the phone number. Bind the login account.

Read application list, you can enable or deny the read application list permission. This permission is for needs such as the location function requiring redirection to Baidu Maps, Tencent Maps, Google Maps for navigation to the location. There is no private reading of sensitive information.

Clipboard: Automatically copy some text as required for convenient and quick operation.

Camera: After taking photos, it mainly accesses the photos/pictures in the album (image library) for access and upload services. You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures after enabling the album permission, to achieve functions such as uploading property pictures.

Read and write phone storage permission: Permissions required to support functions like saving to the album, saving files, etc.

Display floating window: Supports push notifications, pop-ups.

Enable WLAN: Required for connecting to the network.

You understand and agree that the above services may require you to enable your permissions on your device to achieve the collection and use of information involved by these permissions.
